The whole room is huge and the bathroom is also quite bit and came with hot and cold shower. It also had a balcony where you can eat breakfast. While hotel is located in a residential area, it is not far from Burnham Park, the Public Market and Session Road which is walking distance - around 10-20 minutes. This is a no-frills, value for money, squeaky clean, and absolutely homey-feel condotel. For the price we paid for a two bedroom unit, the six of us would fit comfortably with enough living space to spare. Everything is squeaky clean and they all work. This is the only condo unit that I stayed where the hot water shower worked impeccably, with its easy to adjust temperature control that wouldn t leave you shivering in the cold or burnt by a sudden burst of hot water. You just have to move the control handle to the temperature of your liking and it stays at that through your entire bath. Although RL Veranda is situated in a residential neighborhood the area managed to stay quiet at night and getting a taxi is not really a problem. Restaurants, groceries, convenience stores and tourist attractions, particularly Burnham park are within walking distance. I appreciate the ease with which I can get to the public market and the bus station, the famous ukayans and the night market, that I never get tired of visiting when in Baguio. The management of this condo is another reason I am already at home with the place. Mang Roger remembers guests easily and would always try to strike a conversation. One night we ran out of mineral water and the refilling station was already closed. He sent for a full gallon of water to our room and insisted we take it for free. On another occasion the van was blocking a vehicle parked at the rear, and we couldn t find our driver. Mang Roger offered the company van to the family whose car was blocked.
